1. Orders & Payment

  • All orders require a deposit or full payment before production begins.

  • Custom orders are non-refundable once production starts.

  • Payment methods accepted: Major credit/debit cards, check or cash if picked up.

2. Design & Approval

  • Customers must provide high-quality artwork or request our design services.

  • A digital proof will be sent for approval before production.

  • Once approved, we are not responsible for any errors in the final product.

3. Production & Turnaround Time

  • Standard production time varies depending on the order complexity and details will be discussed during design approval.

  • Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.

  • Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (such as supplier issues) will be communicated promptly.

4. Cancellations & Changes

  • Orders may be modified before approval, but changes after approval may incur additional costs.

  • Cancellations after production begins may be subject to fees.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Custom items are non-refundable, unless defective.

  • If a mistake is made on our end, we will replace or correct the order at no additional charge.

  • Claims for errors or defects must be submitted within 3 days of receipt.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must ensure all submitted designs are copyright-compliant.

  • We are not liable for trademark or copyright infringement related to customer-provided artwork.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by third-party carriers.

  • Liability is limited to the cost of the order.
