     Order Approval & Finalization

  • Prior to production, customers will receive a digital proof or sample for approval.

  • Once approval is given, the order moves into production and cannot be altered, cancelled, or refunded.

  • Any changes requested after approval may result in additional costs, subject to feasibility.

Shipping Policy for Custom Screen Printing and Embroidered Items

At Clark's Markings, we strive to deliver high-quality custom screen-printed and embroidered items in a timely manner. Below is our shipping policy to ensure clarity and smooth delivery of your order.

Processing Time

  • Each order is custom-made and requires time for production. Once order is processed turn around for completion is 7-10 business days. 

  • Rush orders may be available for an additional fee—please inquire for details.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • We offer various shipping options, including standard, expedited, and express shipping via [Carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx].

  • Estimated delivery times depend on the selected shipping method ​

  • Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, size, destination, and selected shipping method and will be included on estimate when sent over for approval.

Tracking & Delivery

  • Once your order ships, a tracking number will be provided via email.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address is correct at time of order approval.

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages due to incorrect addresses or carrier issues.

Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days with photos and details.

  • We will assess the issue and provide a resolution.
