Refund/ Cancellation Policy

At Clark's Markings, we take pride in delivering high-quality custom screen-printed and embroidered products tailored to your specifications. Due to the nature of our customization process, all orders are considered final once customer approval has been received. Please review our policy carefully before placing an order

Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must thoroughly review all proofs for accuracy in design, spelling, color, and placement before approving.

  • We are not liable for errors after final approval.

By placing an order with Clark's Markings, you acknowledge and agree to our refund and cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled prior to approval of the digital proof/sample.

  • Once customer approval is given, the production process begins, and cancellations are no longer possible.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Due to the custom nature of screen printing and embroidery, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on approved and completed orders.

  • Exceptions may be made in the rare case of a defect caused by manufacturing error. In such cases:

    • Customers must notify us within 3  days of receiving the product.

    • We will review the issue and, if necessary, provide a replacement or offer a resolution at our discretion.
